Charles Dean has achieved accreditation to The Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) www.chsg.co.uk having demonstrated compliance with and sound management of current health and safety legislation. CHAS was developed by Local Authority Health and Safety professionals and is supported by the HSE.

Charles Dean is members of the National Federation of Builders (NFB) & Federation of Master Builders (FMB), the industries leading building and construction federations http://www.builders.org.uk/nfb & http://www.fmb.org.uk. Both bodies have stringent criteria ensuring Construction Industry Members remain top of the industry providing value for money and superb quality. Membership provides Charles Dean with support from the leading representative body for contractors The Construction Confederation www.constructionconfederation.co.uk. The federations promote standards of excellence and encourage continually improve levels of business performance and customer service.
