Design and Build

Charles Dean "Design and Build" provides a single point of contact and ONE TEAM throughout responsible for the design element of the project together with the integration of all M&E services associated with the build. The flexibility of a "Design & Build" contract allows us to work in close association with you to produce a building custom made to suit particular requirements.

Refurbishments, Alterations & Extensions

Since 1987 Charles Dean has built an excellent reputation within the industry for refurbishing, altering, extending and repairing properties including Hi-Tech and English Heritage Listed Buildings.

Any restoration, alteration or extension requires a high standard of craftsmanship, professional skill and appreciation of the original materials to ensure sympathetic repairs and improvements.
