Charles Dean works throughout London and the south east counties operating from head offices in Westerham, near Sevenoaks, Kent. Formed in 1987 by two dedicated professionals (from which the company derives its name) the company seeks to assist Clients who require either or both Architectural or Construction for any domestic or commercial contracts including Hi-Tech and historic buildings.

We can implement every aspect of a construction project handling Architecture, Design and Build packages & or construction projects including new build, shop fitting, office fit-outs, alterations, extensions, specialist restoration and renovation.

We implement exceptional work maintaining the company’s established reputation within the industry. This is achieved through high quality management and construction skills and is reflected through new contracts mostly obtained via recommendations from past Clients.

Our aim is to guide clients through the complex process of transforming a dream into a building reality, striving to achieve a high standard of design and finish.
